Lisa Koehn was born and raised in Wichita, KS and is a life-long resident. After earning her BSN in 1992, her career diversified over the following 10 years and not only included clinical nursing but also sales and marketing of a variety of healthcare products. She eventually landed in an executive role where she oversaw the department responsible for contract negotiations. Her passion for exemplary customer/client service is her top priority.
After leaving “Corporate America” in 2005, she has continued to expand her experience. In addition to her Realtor role she also has a home based business where she styles men with custom made clothing. She has been an Independent Stylist with J.Hilburn since 2008. Lisa’s background in business was great preparation for running her own business. In addition to her background in contract negotiations she also has great critical thinking skills. Living in Wichita all of her life, she knows the city, its history and what it has to offer. She’s lived in the neighborhoods and knows the schools and services and can help you find that perfect home for you and your family. Having bought, sold and financed her own homes, she understands the process and how stressful it can be. Her goal is to minimize that stress and take care of the details. Lisa has a soft spot for vintage homes and currently resides in the neighborhood of Sleepy Hollow.
Lisa has a son who is the light of her life. He shares her passion for basketball and plays year round for his school and club teams. If not studying, or brushing up on his sneaker fetish he’s at the YMCA playing pick up or lifting weights to get “gains”. He hopes to one day be an NBA basketball player. Lisa also enjoys working out and staying in shape just to keep up with him. Lisa has always served her community in some way or another. Quick to be the one to volunteer or fill in when needed, she is also a member of the Catholic Charities Shelters Advisory Council. She has made a point to include her son in this rewarding capacity and is humbled to be a part of such an amazing organization.
